Kenneth L. Hurley

Founder, Graffiti Entertainment, and Chairman + CEO, Genius Ventures

Ken Hurley has been a core engineering contributor and leader in the tech industry since 1982. His illustrious career includes roles at NVIDIA, Electronic Arts, Amazon, and Google. As a consummate entrepreneur, Ken has founded several companies, including Graffiti Entertainment, Signature Devices, and Genius Ventures, where he is currently architecting an AI/ML CryptoToken infrastructure project. Ken’s experience spans nearly 40 years, with roles ranging from Senior Software Engineer and Development Manager to CTO and CEO. Outside of work, Ken is a proud father of two, and a passionate guitarist.

Peter Anthony ("Tony")

Chiodo, CEO

Tony Chiodo brings 34 years of experience in the games, edtech, fintech, and medtech industries. He has produced over 250 games for consoles, mobile devices, and PC/Mac, and has directed the design and development of game engines and SaaS technology platforms. His work includes gamified training tools for sectors such as the United States Marine Corps and the University of Minnesota’s School of Nursing. Tony has also held roles as User Experience Director for Western Governor’s University, Product Development Director for Destineer Studios, and Program Manager for Microsoft in the Xbox group. Tony is a proud father of two, a 5-star Abbott World Major Marathoner, skier, and Olympic distance triathlete.

Roger Arias

President

With over 30 years of experience in the software and games industry, Roger Arias has been instrumental in the licensing, production, and design of over 100 properties, generating more than $700 million in revenue. His portfolio includes iconic franchises such as Dragon Ball Z and Marvel’s X-Men. Throughout his career, Roger has worked with industry giants including GT Interactive, Atari, Bandai Namco, and THQ, contributing his expertise to a wide range of successful projects. Roger excels in strategic business development, identifying opportunities, forecasting profitability, and building lasting relationships. Before transitioning to the software industry, Roger served as a US Army officer and aviator, achieving the rank of Major. He is also a proud father of three and a dedicated fitness enthusiast.
